Here are Dave and Hal, the Original Generic Black Dogs:
Their story: “We were hanging out at a rest stop on I-5 and got in a truck with some people and they took us to live near the ocean. A long time later we moved to live among alot of trees in a new house. That’s where we live now, with 5 cats.”
Sadly, Dave and Hal are no longer with us. Happily, there is a new Generic Black Dog in town…George. He will be taking over this blog. He is young, but determined to live up to the high standards set by his predecessors.

His story: “i was with my fellow puppies, then we went in a car and were dumped in a parking lot, then some other people put us in a kennel and gave us food, then all of my brothers and sisters left, then i went in a car with some people and met another dog, and that is where i am now.”
